Mr. Dale A. Walters, Certified Public Accountant, Personal Financial Specialist, Certified Financial Planner™ (US and Canada), is Chief Executive Officer of Keats, Connelly & Associates, a Phoenix-based, Fee-Only*, financial planning firm specializing in managing the complexities of accumulated wealth and U.S./Canadian cross-border planning. Serving clients for over twenty five years, he has twice been named one of the top financial advisors in the U.S. by Mutual Fund Magazine.

Dale is active in the financial planning industry and was appointed by the governor of Arizona to serve on the Arizona Family College Savings Plan Oversight Committee, where he currently serves as its chairperson. Dale is a frequent speaker and author on financial planning and tax related issues.
Dale is a four-time World Heavyweight Karate Champion and fourth degree black belt in Judo. In his free time, he teaches Judo. Dale and his wife Charlene live in Phoenix, Arizona with their two children.

Dale is a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University, Tempe AZ and was named the top U.S. Financial Advisor by Mutual Fund Magazine, 2001 & 2002.
